· handle sellers shipping related inquiries within sla.
· document processes and recommend sop changes that improve operations.
· efficiency and provide best possible seller/customer experience.
· sla management to drive on time performance.
· collaborate with other service providers to solve shipment issues
· collaborate with origin and destination logistics teams
· manage daily, weekly or monthly business reporting as required.
· additional duties assigned by leadership as business related services and products continue to expand.
basic qualifications
· bachelor degree. · good communication skill and cross border co-working with cross functional experience. · work experience in brokerage, custom examination resolution, classification and managing related customer inquiries. · excellent written and oral communication skills in mandarin and english · proficient in microsoft office products (excel and word) · excellent data accuracy skills, eye for detail, and commitment to meet deadlines · 5 years + of experience in cross border logistics or freight forwarding fields
preferred qualifications
· customer service experience with a multinational logistics related company · direct experience with united states import brokerage requirements and documentation · experience in leading team · experience with data analysis in microsoft excel · global perspective and solid understanding of business objectives · work experience in custom brokerage.
