Technical Service
Provide installation, maintenance and repair of industrial equipment and solutions for customers.

？Performemergencyserviceatthecustomer’ssite,ifneeded
？Troubleshootviaphone,emailorinperson
？Emailcommunicationwithmachinemanufacturesfortroubleshootingsupportandtechnicalclarifications
？Attendmeetingswithregardstoinstallations,servicematters,technicalsolutionsandadministrativemattersofthecompany
？Cooperateandcoordinatewithteammembersandotherdepartments,inordertooffersolutionsthatfulfillthecustomer’sneeds
Reporting
Ensure accurate reporting concerning operations and services
？Providecustomerwithservice/installationreports
？Submitservicereportsandjobcards/timesheetstomanager
？Gatherandreportinformationatcustomersiteregardingprocessandqualityconcerns,tocreatenewbusinessopportunities
Spare Parts
Recommend spare parts to customers
？Provideinformationandhelpcustomertoupgrade/retrofittheirmachine(sparepartsrecommendation)
？Cost-consciousandsensitivehandlingofsparepartsandworkequipment
Customer Relatationship
Develop, establish and maintain long-term, positive relationships with customers
？Traincustomertooperate/maintainmachine
？Provideexcellentservicetocustomersbygivingundividedattentionandfocusonmeetingtheirneeds

KEY REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor‘s Degree in [Machinery] or equivalent.
